Neuropsychology
The Neuropsychology Service at the 51±¬ÁÏÍø of Medicine at Stony Brook University constitutes the only academic medical center-based neuropsychology practice in Suffolk County. Our Service comprises a team of brain-behavior specialists with expertise in the evaluation of cognitive functioning across the lifespan—serving both pediatric and adult populations. Our clinicians assess a broad range of neurological, medical, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
Our experienced neuropsychologists specialize in understanding the relationship between brain function and cognitive and/or behavioral challenges. Based on comprehensive assessments, we provide individualized recommendations, facilitate care coordination, and support interventions across medical, educational, and vocational domains.
